Complete & Submit Enrollment + Contract Forms

You can submit your completed enrollment and contract forms in any of the following ways:

To hold your child’s spot, a $145 nonrefundable deposit and $75 activity fee are due at the time of enrollment. Checks should be made payable to Caring for Kids 1st and mailed or dropped off at:
